As long as you are on the flight number you gave us, we monitor its live status. We cover delays of up to 2 hours at no extra charge. If the delay is longer, or your flight changes at the last minute, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll rearrange your transfer if a vehicle is available.
Choose 'Cash on arrival' to pay the driver directly — we accept EUR, GBP, USD and TRY. Or choose 'Pay online' and we'll reply with a secure link so you can pay by card.
Any cancellation or amendment made more than 24 hours before your pickup is free of charge. Inside 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
Every seat in our vehicles has a proper seat belt. You're welcome to bring your own child, baby or booster seat and the driver will help you fit it. If you'd like to rent one, it's €15 per item, one way (so €30 on a round trip), up to 2 per vehicle. Add it when you book, or message us on WhatsApp up to one day before.
Standard luggage has no limit as long as it fits the vehicle you booked. If you have oversized luggage, a wheelchair, golf bags, a surfboard, a bicycle, other sports equipment or a large baby buggy, please tell us in the booking form or on WhatsApp so we send a suitable vehicle. These items travel free when they fit.
