2. Information we may receive
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive information such as:
- name, organisation and job title where provided;
- email address, telephone number and WhatsApp contact details;
- travel dates, arrival and departure information;
- number of travellers, room requirements and transport requirements;
- delegation, meeting, event or other service requirements included in your message;
- the source of your visit — for example the referring website or search engine, or the advertising or email campaign that brought you to our site — which is recorded together with an enquiry you send us; and
- technical information that is ordinarily transmitted when you visit a website, such as browser, device and basic access information, where available through our hosting or security systems.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through an inquiry form or WhatsApp unless it is genuinely necessary for the service requested.
3. Why we use this information
We use inquiry and booking information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, check availability, make or administer reservations, coordinate airport transfers and other ground services, communicate itinerary changes, provide customer support, issue invoices and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
We do not use the information submitted through this COP31 service website to sell or rent personal data to third parties.
4. Service providers and third parties
To deliver a requested service, information may need to be shared with relevant hotels, transport operators, event or venue suppliers, payment or accounting providers, communication providers, hosting providers or other service partners. We aim to share only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
When you follow a link to another website or communicate with a third-party service, that party's own privacy policy and terms apply to its processing of your information.
5. WhatsApp and electronic communication
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices. We may retain the conversation and contact information as necessary to respond to your request, administer a booking or maintain an appropriate business record.
6. Cookies and website analytics
The website uses strictly necessary technical mechanisms to keep the site secure and to remember your cookie choice (the elefti_consent cookie, kept for one year).
Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner: Google Analytics 4 (to measure how the site is used) and Google Ads (to measure and improve our advertising, including conversion measurement and, where applicable, remarketing). Until you accept, Google’s tag runs in a consent-denied mode that sets no such cookies; if you decline, it stays that way.
Until you accept, Google’s tag writes no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device; it only sends limited, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed), which Google uses solely for aggregated, modelled measurement.
If you arrived through a Google ad and go on to book on our website, the ad click identifier (gclid) is saved with your booking so we can measure which ad led to it (legitimate interests). It is kept in your browser, for up to 90 days, only if you consent.
To know how you found us, the site remembers the source of your visit (the referring website or campaign, the page you first arrived on and, if you came from a Google ad, the ad click identifier) and sends it with your enquiry. With your consent this is kept in your browser for up to 90 days (elefti_attr); without it, only for the current browser session and without any ad click identifier.
These services are provided by Google and may involve a transfer of data to the United States. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or manage cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. How long information is retained
We retain inquiry, quotation and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the periods required by tax, accounting, commercial or other legal obligations. Unnecessary personal information is not intended to be retained indefinitely.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable Turkish data-protection law, you may have rights to request access to personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where legally permitted, restriction or objection to certain processing, and information about how your data is used. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
Where a legal obligation requires us to retain particular records, a deletion request may not apply to those records until the applicable retention period ends.
