1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to services requested from and arranged by Elefti Travel, the travel brand of Med Sky Turizm Tic Ltd Şti, including accommodation, airport transfers, venue transportation, chauffeur services, delegation support, meeting facilities and related destination services.
A quotation, booking confirmation or service-specific written agreement may contain additional conditions. Where there is a difference, the specific written terms supplied with the quotation or confirmation take precedence for that service.
2. Quotations and bookings
An inquiry is a request for availability and pricing; it is not itself a confirmed booking. A service becomes confirmed when Elefti Travel has issued written confirmation and any required payment, deposit or other booking condition has been satisfied.
Availability, rates, room categories, vehicle types and supplier conditions can change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment arrangements are stated in the written quotation or booking confirmation. Depending on the service, payment may be requested by bank transfer or another agreed method. A booking is not considered secured until the payment condition specified in the confirmation has been met.
For corporate, NGO, institutional or delegation bookings, company details, purchase-order references and invoicing requirements should be provided before confirmation where applicable.
4. Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to the property's room availability, rate conditions, check-in/check-out rules and cancellation policy. Different room types and rates may carry different conditions.
Any hotel-specific cancellation deadline, deposit requirement, non-refundable condition or other restriction will be communicated in the quotation or booking confirmation where applicable.
5. Transfers and transportation
Airport transfers and scheduled transportation are arranged according to the confirmed itinerary. Clients should provide accurate passenger names, flight details, hotel information, telephone/WhatsApp contact and requested pickup times.
Transfer and shuttle services may generally be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, unless the quotation or supplier terms state otherwise. Cancellations inside the applicable deadline, no-shows, substantial itinerary changes or additional waiting time may incur charges.
Flight delays should be communicated as soon as possible. We may use flight information supplied by the client to monitor scheduled arrivals, but clients remain responsible for providing accurate and current travel details.
6. Changes and additional requirements
COP31 travel can involve changing programmes, additional passengers, altered arrival times, extra vehicles, room extensions and last-minute operational requests. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability, supplier conditions and additional charges where applicable.
A requested change is not confirmed until Elefti Travel communicates the revised arrangement in writing or through the agreed operational channel.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger, flight, accommodation and contact information.
- Check the details of quotations and confirmations and notify us promptly of errors.
- Arrive at agreed pickup points at the confirmed time unless another arrangement has been made.
- Carry the travel documents, visas, passports, event credentials and other documents required for the journey or event.
- Comply with hotel, vehicle, venue and supplier rules.
8. COP31 registration and accreditation
Conference registration, accreditation, admission badges and access permissions are handled through the relevant COP31 and UNFCCC channels. Elefti Travel's services concern travel, accommodation, transportation and related destination support. Clients are responsible for obtaining the credentials and permissions required for their participation.
9. Third-party suppliers
Hotels, vehicle operators, restaurants, venues and other suppliers may have their own terms, operating rules and cancellation conditions. We communicate material supplier conditions as part of the booking process and may need to pass relevant client information to those suppliers to fulfil the requested service.
10. Service disruptions and force majeure
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain confirmed services, but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic restrictions, road closures, government measures, security requirements, strikes, supplier failures, flight disruptions, venue changes and other force majeure events.
Where such circumstances occur, we will seek practical alternatives where reasonably possible. Any additional supplier costs or non-refundable amounts may remain payable where imposed by the relevant supplier.
11. Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable coordination, but travel services involve third-party suppliers and circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Clients should review the specific terms of their accommodation, transport and other suppliers and are encouraged to maintain appropriate travel insurance for their circumstances.
12. Complaints and service issues
If a problem occurs during a service, contact Elefti Travel as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve it while the service is taking place.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
14. Intellectual property and website use
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design and original materials on this website are owned by or used lawfully by Elefti Travel or the relevant rights holder. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without appropriate permission.
Website information is intended to assist visitors in planning and requesting services. Hotel availability, event arrangements and operational information can change, so the latest written quotation or supplier confirmation should be relied upon for a specific booking.
15. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable legal rights remain unaffected. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts and enforcement offices under applicable Turkish law.
