This transfer booking platform (the "Site") is operated by Med Sky Turizm, trading as Elefti Travel ("the Company", "we").

Your personal data is processed under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Booking data: name, email, phone; the travel details needed for the transfer (flight number and time, arrival/departure airport, hotel or accommodation, date, number of passengers and child seats, special requests), booking reference.

Communication data: correspondence by email and WhatsApp, and the transactional emails we send you.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, access date/time and server logs (for security and debugging, kept for a limited period).

Cookie data: strictly necessary cookies only (see section 6).

Payment card details are not collected or stored by the Site; payment takes place in the environment of the relevant payment service provider.

We do not request special-category personal data; please do not send us such data.

Creating, planning and performing the transfer booking; assigning a driver/vehicle; communicating with you — performance of a contract.

Sending transactional emails and messages with confirmation, reminders and meeting-point details — performance of a contract.

Meeting financial, commercial and statutory record-keeping obligations — legal obligation.

Keeping the Site secure, preventing misuse and improving service quality — legitimate interests.

Your data may be shared only to the extent needed to carry out the transfer: with our hosting, email-delivery and IT-infrastructure providers; with the driver/supplier actually performing the transfer (only the minimum information needed for the pickup); with the payment service provider; and with public authorities where legally required.

Data-processing and confidentiality commitments apply with our suppliers.

Some of our service providers may host data outside Türkiye. Where this happens, the transfer is carried out using the legal mechanisms and appropriate safeguards required by the KVKK and the GDPR.

The Site uses only strictly necessary (functional) cookies: one that remembers your language preference, and a session cookie used solely by staff signing in to the admin panel.

No advertising, marketing, profiling or third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) are used, and no third-party scripts that track visitor behaviour are loaded. Fonts are served from our own servers and map imagery comes from the open-source OpenStreetMap project.

Because these strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), the GDPR and the KVKK, the Site shows no cookie banner.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; your language preference may then not be remembered.

Personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the limitation and retention periods set by applicable law have expired; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under KVKK art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability; you may withdraw any consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to the competent data-protection supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as access controls and encrypted transmission — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration.

Bookings must be made by an adult; the Site does not collect data directly from children. The person who lists children among the passengers is responsible for sharing that information.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page with a "Last updated" date.
