This transfer booking platform (the "Site") is operated by Med Sky Turizm, trading as Elefti Travel ("the Company"), TÜRSAB licence no. 6480. By using the Site and making a booking you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The Site lets you book, online, a private transfer between Antalya Airport (AYT) and hotels or accommodation in the region. Information shown on the Site is for guidance; a binding contract is formed by the booking confirmation sent to you.

All matters that vary by service — price, payment method and timing, change, cancellation and refund terms, waiting times, luggage and child-seat rules — are stated during booking and in the booking confirmation and prevail over these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete flight number and time, date, accommodation address, passenger count and contact details. The Company is not liable for delay, non-collection or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Tell us about any flight or plan changes as soon as possible.

For the transfer to run smoothly you must follow the meeting-point instructions, remain reachable by phone/WhatsApp and give reasonable cooperation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from delays or disruptions caused by the passenger, third parties or force majeure.

This clause does not affect liability that cannot be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, personal safety and rights arising from consumer legislation.

The Company is not liable for delays and disruptions caused by adverse weather, natural disaster, state of emergency, road closures, strikes, official decisions, airport or flight disruptions and similar events beyond its control.

The trademarks, logos, text, images, design and software on the Site belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to create fake bookings or in a way that disrupts its operation. Automated data collection (scraping), reverse engineering and unauthorised-access attempts are prohibited.

As a consumer, your rights under Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation (including the Regulation on Package Tour Contracts for package-tour services) are reserved.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction; for consumer transactions, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the consumer's place of residence remain competent.

The Company may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page; use after publication constitutes acceptance.
